| The East Fife Fur & Feather Club is classified as a
Regional Show. |
| |
| Not only
Regional but we are an Open Show which means
that you do not need to be a member of the East Fife Club to enter the
show. |
| |
| However non members will not be issued with Gold or
Silver awards, but they can be given a Bronze award. |
| |
| The show is held once a year, usually the First Sunday in
February in the Victoria Community Hall in the Coaltown of Balgonie,
Glenrothes, Fife. |
| |
| The closing date for entries is eight days before the
date of the show. Any entries submitted after this date are made
at the discretion of the secretary. |
| |
| The day before the show a group of Volunteers come
together to set up the show. |
| Exhibiters can then pen their entries between 7pm and 9pm
on the Saturday Evening or between 8:30am and 9:45am on the Sunday
Morning. |
| |
| Judging commences at 9:45am so all entries should be
penned before this time. |
| |
| The show closes at 3pm and once the entries have been
removed from the pens by their owners, the team of volunteers begin to
dismantle the show and return the hall to normal. |
 |
| We greatly appreciate any help with the show and the more
volunteers we have the easier and quicker the work gets done - if you
would like to volunteer please let us know when you submit your entry
for the show. |
