| In each show there must be Winners. However this can be a difficult job for our judges as the quality of entrants in our show is usually very high. | |
| When you walk round the show after the judging you will see coloured cards in the front of some of the pens. | |
| These coloured cards indicate a category winner or runner up. | |
| Each Colour indicates the winners grading: | |

| Red = First Prize or Best in Class | Blue = Second Prize |
 |
 |
| Yellow = Third Prize | Orange = Special this is awarded to entries which are judged to be best of breed or one of the best of breed (eg Hard Feather Bantam) |
| Once Judging has been completed The Show Steward will award the appropriate rosettes by clipping them to the front of the winners pens. | |
| East Fife Rosettes are issued to the First Place Winners and Specials | |

| Additional Rosettes can be awarded by the judges on behalf of Poultry Breed Clubs, for instance The Plymouth Rock Club | ||
